A few months back a body of mine introduced me to a way to carry my extra playge skalls that I wasn’t currently carrying on a knife. One of the items I’ve found to be useful beyond just that purpose is the MecArmy CH2 Titanium D Shape Key Ring. I grabbed a couple and have used them for my lanyard bead keeper as well as connecting my keys on my keyring.
